Gregory L. Lojkutz, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Leahy-IFP, has over 37 years experience in the food and beverage industry.

Greg joined William H. Leahy Associates in 1987 as Vice President and General Manager and served for almost 20 years as President and Chief Operating Officer of that company, and in the same position at Leahy-IFP when Leahy acquired Institutional Foods Packing Company in 1997. Besides actively participating in the negotiations ant integrating the IFP acquisition, Greg also directed the company’s geographical sales coverage into Canada and Puerto Rico.

In January of 2009 Greg was promoted to his current position of Vice Chairman in addition to his role as Chief Operating Officer where he has headed the company’s supply chain initiatives and has expanded the beverage manufacturing capabilities to the western part of the United States.

Greg started his career with various management positions in finance, operations, strategic planning and logistics at Standard Brands Incorporated (acquired by Nabisco in the early 1980’s).

Greg has a BA in Economics from Loyola University of Chicago, and MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. Greg is also an active member of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), and resides in suburban Chicago, Illinois.

Mike Leahy


Mike Leahy is the President of Leahy/IFP.  Prior to his current role, Mike held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing managing Leahy’s foodservice division as well as National Accounts.  During his 11 years with the company, Mike has led numerous sales and marketing efforts as well as spearheaded the development of the organization’s e-business platform. Before joining Leahy/IFP, Mike spent 6 years within the printing industry holding various sales and management positions.

Thomas Banner


Tom Banner is the CFO/GM for Leahy/IFP. Tom started with Wm. H. Leahy Associates, Inc. in 1985 as Inventory Control Manager. During his 25 years, Tom has held various titles including Accounting Manager and Controller, and has had various responsibilities including procurement, financial and treasury management, and human resource administration. Tom has been involved in many of the major company initiatives, including the acquisition of Institutional Foods Packing Co. in 1997. Before joining Leahy/IFP, Tom was with California Products, where he performed many of its administrative financial functions.
